Ross is currently an Associate Instrumental Tutor at St. Andrews University Music Centre, the UK’s top university (Guardian University Guide 2023).

Ross is also part of the National Youth Orchestra of Scotland’s Music Leaders programme, a training and development programme for early career musicians designed to address the core competencies, capacities and skills needed to be a successful workshop leader, music educator and thought leader in tomorrow’s cultural sector and beyond. 

Highly experienced teaching students of all ages and a wide range of abilities, Ross focuses on building strong technical foundations and basic musicianship skills, allowing the pupil to take ownership over their own musicality and repertoire choices. All pupils who have sat ABRSM practical exams have been successful.

Ross is available for private guitar lessons in Perth and online guitar lessons.
